A legal 21+ ID is required to enter:

• State, D.C., or Canadian driver license,
• State, D.C., U.S. territory, Indigenous American tribe, or Canadian ID card,
• Passport or Passport Card,
•U.S. military ID card,
•NEXUS or SENTRI card

Re-Entry is permitted for ticket holders.
If you entered the bar during happy hour before show doors open, you must purchase a ticket to stay during the show.

A valid ticket or entry fee is required to enter.

GUEST SERVICES

When available, we offer foam earplugs for $1.

We offer coat check for $5.

We accept cash or card, ATM On-site

Food trucks located in the back patio.

Downtown Eugene offers free parking in city garages after 6PM and all day on Saturday and Sunday.

BAGS/PERSONAL ITEMS

All bags and backpacks may be subject to search, regardless of size.

Backpacks, skateboards, and other large items must be left with coat check.

The Big Dirty is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, regardless of coat check.

Please no:
• Outside drinks
• Professional camera/recording equipment
• Weapons
• Bags/backpacks/purses/etc. larger than 12”x12”x6” (TICKETED SHOWS)

Ensuring our patrons have a safe and positive experience is our top priority. Below is our venue safety and conduct policy:

Monitor your drink: Unattended drinks will be disposed of promptly.

Drinks are not permitted outside of the venue unless in the designated patio area.

No smoking/vaping inside.

Patrons who are visibly intoxicated upon arrival may be denied entry.

Violations of consent will result in ejection from the venue.

We are an inclusive space and have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. Absolutely NO racism, sexism, anti-semitism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, body shaming, etc. Harassment will result in ejection from the venue.

Cards left at the bar overnight will incur a 20% gratuity.

Smile! Our venue is monitored by video camera at all times.

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions.

Only in the event of a show cancelation may be refunded to the buyer.

All ticket holders must adhere to venue conduct policy on this page or risk ejection from the event/venue and denied entry to future events.

Due to the overwhelming presence of scammers and bots, all user posts and comments on social media regarding ticket sales will be deleted.

Patrons wishing to buy and sell tickets may do so on the official The Big Dirty Official Ticket Exchange Facebook group. Only face-value exchanges will be permitted.

The links on our website (www.thebigdirty.live) are the only 100% trustworthy way to buy tickets. Always use caution when purchasing resale tickets. The Big Dirty is not liable for damages resulting from fraudulent sales or scammers.

Professional camera and recording equipment is prohibited without venue pre-approval. Only media working with the venue, promoter, artist, or outlet in a professional capacity are permitted.

Patrons on the premises consent to appearing in published photos/videos from artist, venue, or promoter media.

Cell phone photos are okay.
